Marketing Analyst

Role & Responsibilities

The Marketing Analyst is an entry-level position; however, it requires at least five (5) years of experience working in a professional and business setting, preferably in a customer/client-facing environment. The ideal candidate should be organized, have excellent communication skills, and possess advanced level knowledge of PowerPoint and related desktop publishing programs. The primary function of the Marketing Analyst is to create presentation materials that Associates will present to clients, prospects, channel partners and other relevant parties. This position will require self-sufficiency on projects including organization, communication, implementation, and completion. This can mean working individually or on a team, both in-person and virtually. Professional interpersonal skills are essential as there is significant interaction with all levels of team members.

 

Qualifications

  • In-depth experience in and knowledge of creating PowerPoint Presentations
  • Experienced in other desktop publishing, email marketing, and CRM platforms is a plus
  • Superior Microsoft Office skill is desirable; some Adobe Creative Suite skills is a plus
  • Must have an excellent eye for layout and design of marketing materials
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required, in marketing, communications or business
  • 3-5 years in a professional services environment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic with work hour flexibility in the event of tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated writing, editing, proofreading skills
  • Strong graphic skills focused on delivering specific messages with clarity and consistency
  • Comfortable working independently and in teams at all personnel levels

 

Compensation

This is a full-time position and requires that you report to our offices located in West Plano (Legacy West). Salary is commensurate with experience, and we also offer an annual bonus program, an employee stock option plan and lots of room for career advancement for the right candidate.

Inside Sales Representative

Role & Responsibilities

The Inside Sales Representative carries out several functions to develop a profitable sales pipeline. The Sales Representative creates this pipeline through the cold calling of distributed leads to reach decision makers and sell our commercial energy conservation product. Persistence and dedication are attributes of a successful Inside Sales Representative. The Representative will be required to make a mandatory number of calls and have a minimum talk time goal.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Superior telephone skills/etiquette
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems
  • Advanced computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to think creatively
  • Strong desire to succeed
  • Must excel in working in a team environment
  • Proven analytical skills with 2-3 years of inside sales experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or relevant field a plus

Sales Support Representative

Role & Responsibilities

The Sales Support Representative carries out several functions to help sales representatives do their job more effectively. Duties include contacting customers and prospects to arrange appointments or to update them on the status of a potential deal; providing sales representatives with details of customers’ status and requests for information, and making them aware of any problems likely to affect customer relationships. The right candidate must be able to quickly process incoming information from sales representatives via mail, telephone, e-mail, and online sources. The Sales Support Representative will enter details of the information received on the company’s computing system and check that it includes the correct requirements. This individual will also produce presentations to match within customer specific frameworks. This position requires experience handling telephone calls and acknowledging customers’ e-mails or letters, plus a certain degree of creativity and latitude.

Associate Support Representative

Role & Responsibilities

The Associate Support Representative carries out several functions to help Associates do their job more effectively. Duties include providing direct support to Associates such as collecting, coordinating and disseminating information, following up on Associate leads and assisting with appointment setting. This position involves contacting Associates and prospective Associates to arrange appointments or to update them on the status of a potential deal, providing Associates with details of customers’ status and requests for information, and making them aware of any problems likely to affect customer relationships.
