Role & Responsibilities

The Inside Sales Representative carries out several functions to develop a profitable sales pipeline. The Sales Representative creates this pipeline through the cold calling of distributed leads to reach decision makers and sell our commercial energy conservation product. Persistence and dedication are attributes of a successful Inside Sales Representative. The Representative will be required to make a mandatory number of calls and have a minimum talk time goal.

Qualifications

Strong communication and influencing skills

Superior telephone skills/etiquette

Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems

Advanced computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Ability to think creatively

Strong desire to succeed

Must excel in working in a team environment

Proven analytical skills with 2-3 years of inside sales experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or relevant field a plus

Compensation

This is a full-time position and requires that you report to our offices located in West Plano (Legacy West). Salary is commensurate with experience, and we also offer an annual bonus program, an employee stock option plan and lots of room for career advancement for the right candidate.

Role & Responsibilities

The Sales Support Representative carries out several functions to help sales representatives do their job more effectively. Duties include contacting customers and prospects to arrange appointments or to update them on the status of a potential deal; providing sales representatives with details of customers’ status and requests for information, and making them aware of any problems likely to affect customer relationships. The right candidate must be able to quickly process incoming information from sales representatives via mail, telephone, e-mail, and online sources. The Sales Support Representative will enter details of the information received on the company’s computing system and check that it includes the correct requirements. This individual will also produce presentations to match within customer specific frameworks. This position requires experience handling telephone calls and acknowledging customers’ e-mails or letters, plus a certain degree of creativity and latitude.
